Two parts
You can see your estimate without giving us your name, phone number or email. Only if you choose to request a quote do we ask for your contact details.
What we collect
- The address you type or pick. We send it to Google (Geocoding and Solar APIs) to find your roof. We do not save the street address on our servers.
- Anonymous usage counts. Which step of the page was reached, your state and ZIP code, your bill range, whether you chose a battery, and a random visit ID that is not stored in your browser. We use these to see where people drop off. They are not linked to your name or street address.
- A scrambled version of your IP address. We keep a one-way hash of it for about two hours to limit abuse, such as automated requests.
Who else sees it
- Google receives the address you enter, and the suggestions you see as you type.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs a bot check (Turnstile) before we look up a roof.
If you request a quote
- What we collect: your name, phone number, email, home address, the state and ZIP of your roof, your bill range, your system choice, and a record of your consent (the wording you saw and the time).
- Who gets it: Agentic Consulting LLC holds it and may share it with solar installers, who may contact you by call, text and email as the consent box on the form says. Installers may pay us for these referrals. We do not sell it to anyone else.
- How long: we keep it while we match you with an installer and for a reasonable period after, then delete it. Ask us sooner and we will delete it.
Your choices
Email us to see what we hold about you, to have it deleted, or to stop calls and texts. Because the usage counts are anonymous, we may not be able to find them.
